ScanFolio TCG
Pre-release terms draft. The publisher must approve the final legal text, subscription products, prices, and store disclosures before launch.

1. Agreement and operator

These terms govern your use of ScanFolio TCG, provided by Fireshark HK. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the applicable store terms. On Apple platforms, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies unless an approved custom EULA replaces it.

2. Service and free scans

The app provides card scanning, search, browsing, prices, device-local collection and history, settings, and sharing. Each anonymous app installation may make up to five card scans per UTC day. A scan that begins provider processing counts whether or not a card match is returned or the scan later fails after processing has begun. Unused scans do not carry over and have no cash value. Search, browsing, prices, collection, history, settings, and sharing do not require a subscription.

3. Optional auto-renewing subscription

An optional subscription provides unlimited card scans while the backend verifies an active entitlement. Before you confirm, the purchase screen displays the available product, billing period, and localized price. Payment is charged by Apple or Google, not directly by ScanFolio. The subscription renews automatically for the displayed billing period unless cancelled through the applicable store before renewal.

4. Manage, cancel, restore, and refunds

Use the app’s Manage subscription action or your store account settings to manage or cancel. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases can ask the store and RevenueCat to verify an existing entitlement; access is granted only after the ScanFolio backend confirms it. Refunds, withdrawals, billing disputes, and taxes follow the applicable Google Play terms, Apple terms, and local consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, automate, probe, bypass, resell, disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the service to infringe rights or violate law. Do not rotate identifiers or manipulate requests to evade scan limits. We may restrict abusive access while preserving rights required by law.

6. Data and third-party services

Card recognition and subscriptions depend on network and third-party services, including the configured scan providers, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google. Their availability and separate terms may apply. Our handling of card images, installation identifiers, diagnostics, and purchase entitlements is described in the privacy policy.

7. Accuracy and availability

Card matches, catalog metadata, exchange rates, and prices are informational estimates and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Confirm a card and current market information before relying on it. The service is provided as available, subject to non-excludable consumer rights, and may change or experience interruptions.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app, these terms, free-scan allowance, or future subscription offerings. Material changes will be disclosed as required by the stores or law. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals under store rules; verified access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund, revocation, or law requires otherwise.

1. 同意と提供者

本規約は、Fireshark HK が提供する ScanFolio TCG の利用に適用されます。アプリを利用することで、本規約および該当ストアの規約に同意したものとします。Apple プラットフォームでは、承認済みの独自 EULA がない限り、Apple の標準 EULA も適用されます。

2. サービスと無料スキャン

カードスキャン、検索、閲覧、価格、端末内コレクション／履歴、設定、共有を提供します。匿名の各アプリインストールは、UTC 基準で1日5回までカードスキャンを利用できます。プロバイダー処理が開始されたスキャンは、カード候補が返らない場合や開始後に失敗した場合も回数に数えます。未使用分の繰越や換金はできません。検索、閲覧、価格、コレクション、履歴、設定、共有に購読は不要です。

3. 任意の自動更新サブスクリプション

バックエンドが有効な権利を確認している間、任意の購読でカードスキャンが無制限になります。購入確定前に、利用可能な商品、請求期間、現地価格を購入画面に表示します。支払いは ScanFolio ではなく Apple または Google が処理します。ストアで更新前に解約しない限り、表示された期間ごとに自動更新されます。

4. 管理、解約、復元、返金

アプリの「サブスクリプションを管理」またはストアのアカウント設定から管理・解約してください。アプリを削除しても解約されません。「購入を復元」はストアと RevenueCat に既存権利の確認を求め、ScanFolio バックエンドで確認後にアクセスを付与します。返金、撤回、請求異議、税金には、該当する Google Play 規約、Apple 規約、地域の消費者法が適用されます。

5. 適正利用

不正利用、自動化、調査、制限回避、転売、妨害、禁止されるリバースエンジニアリング、権利侵害や違法行為に使用しないでください。識別子の変更やリクエスト操作によるスキャン上限の回避は禁止します。法令上の権利を尊重しつつ、不正アクセスを制限する場合があります。

6. データと外部サービス

カード認識と購読は、設定されたスキャンプロバイダー、RevenueCat、Apple、Google などのネットワーク／外部サービスに依存します。各サービスの提供状況や別規約が適用される場合があります。画像、インストール ID、診断、購入権利の取扱いはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

7. 正確性と提供状況

カード候補、カタログ、為替、価格は参考情報であり、不完全、遅延、誤りの可能性があります。利用前にカードと最新市場情報を確認してください。排除できない消費者の権利を除き、サービスは提供可能な状態で提供され、変更や中断が生じる場合があります。

8. 変更と終了

アプリ、本規約、無料スキャン枠、将来の購読内容を変更する場合があります。重要な変更はストアまたは法令に従って通知します。解約するとストア規則に従い次回以降の更新が停止します。返金、取消、法令上の理由がない限り、確認済みアクセスは通常、支払済み期間の終了まで続きます。

2. 服務及免費掃描

App 提供卡牌掃描、搜尋、瀏覽、價格、裝置本機收藏及紀錄、設定同分享。每個匿名 app 安裝每日按 UTC 最多有 5 次卡牌掃描。供應商處理一經開始就會計入次數，即使冇回傳卡牌配對或掃描喺開始後失敗都一樣。未用次數唔會累積，亦冇現金價值。搜尋、瀏覽、價格、收藏、紀錄、設定同分享唔需要訂閱。

3. 可選自動續期訂閱

當 backend 驗證權益有效時，可選訂閱會提供無限卡牌掃描。購買畫面會喺你確認前顯示可用產品、收費週期同本地價格。付款由 Apple 或 Google 收取，唔係直接交俾 ScanFolio。除非你喺續期前經適用商店取消，訂閱會按畫面顯示嘅週期自動續期。

4. 管理、取消、還原及退款

請用 app 入面「管理訂閱」或商店帳戶設定管理／取消。刪除 app 唔會取消訂閱。「還原購買項目」會要求商店同 RevenueCat 驗證現有權益；ScanFolio backend 確認後先會開放權限。退款、撤回、帳單爭議同稅項按適用嘅 Google Play 條款、Apple 條款及本地消費者法例處理。

5. 合理使用

請勿濫用、自動化、探測、繞過、轉售、干擾服務、進行法律禁止嘅逆向工程，或用服務侵犯權利／違法。請勿更換識別碼或操控請求去逃避掃描上限。我哋可限制濫用存取，同時保留法律要求嘅權利。

6. 資料及第三方服務

卡牌辨認同訂閱依賴網絡及第三方服務，包括已設定嘅掃描供應商、RevenueCat、Apple 同 Google；佢哋嘅可用情況及個別條款可能適用。卡牌圖片、安裝識別碼、診斷同購買權益嘅處理方式列喺私隱政策。

7. 準確性及可用性

卡牌配對、目錄資料、匯率同價格只供參考，可能唔完整、延遲或有錯。依賴之前請自行確認卡牌同最新市場資料。喺不可排除嘅消費者權利以外，服務按可用狀態提供，亦可能更改或中斷。

8. 更改及終止

我哋可能更新 app、本條款、免費掃描額度或日後訂閱內容。重大更改會按商店或法律要求通知。取消訂閱會按商店規則停止未來續期；除非退款、撤銷或法律另有要求，已驗證權限一般會維持至已付款週期完結。
